Pricing + Options
During our initial communication I will give you an exact price for what you are looking for, but the info on this page will give you an idea of prices and what is possible. I can also provide prices for multiple options if you’d like to see the difference between sizes, number of people/pets/objects or level of detail in the scenery.
Shipping is free (well, First Class shipping is just built into the prices. Shipping upgrades are available when you purchase the portrait, and I’m always happy to explain the options.)
6 x 6” and 8 x 8” Portraits with People
First person = $75
Each additional person over age 5 = $45
Each additional kid age 1-5 = $25
Each baby age 1 and under = $8
Each dog = $30
Each cat = $20
Each small object (camera, pizza, stuffed animal,…) = $5
Scenery is typically $60
For other animals and anything missing here, please ask!
The above is for 6 x 6”, increase to 8 x 8” for an additional $15.
6 x 6” and 8 x 8” Just Pets Portraits
First pet = $75
Each additional pet = $45
Each additional toy or object = $5
Scenery is typically $60
Small animal like reptiles and rodents may be cheaper. Large animals like horses, giraffes and cows may be more. Get in touch for an exact price. Pricing for Just Birds is below.
The above is for 6 x 6”, increase to 8 x 8” for an additional $15.
(I recommend portraits with just one pet to be 6 x 6”.)
Just Birds on 6 x 6”
First bird = $50
Additional birds = $20
Scenery is typically $60
Since birds tend to be small, I do not typically draw them on 8 x 8”, but if you have a lot of birds, I’ll increase size as necessary for no extra charge.
4 x 4” Mini Portraits with People
First person= $40
Each additional person over age 5 = $20
Kids age 1-5 = $15
Each baby age 1 and under = $5
Each dog = $15
Each cat = $5
Each small object (camera, pizza, stuffed animal) = $3

4 x 4” Mini Just Pets Portraits
First pet = $40
Each additional pet is $20
Each additional toy or object = $3

2 x 2” Teeny Tiny Portraits
Each teeny tiny portrait is of one subject shown from the chest up. It can be of pets or people.
Unframed = $25
Add a small object (like a wine glass) = $5
Framed (4” black frame with black mat) = $40
Big Group Portraits
Portraits of 6 or more people/pets are priced the same as 4 x 4”, 6 x 6”, 8 x 8” portraits depending on your preferred height of the drawing. The length is determined during sketching - big portraits extend out as long as they need to in order to accommodate everyone!
I ship large portraits Priority Mail and fully insured. It’s usually an additional $10-15.
Just Objects
Each Small object = $20 (ie: camera, mug, bag of chips, handsaw, stuffed animal)
Each Medium object = $25-$40 depending on size/complexity (ie: potted plant, street sign, fire pit, beach chair)
Large Object = $40-$50 depending on size/complexity (ie: tent, bike, chair, kayak)
The size of Just Object drawings is determined by the size and number of objects. It starts at 4 x 4” and can go up indefinitely if there are lots of objects.

Thank You Cards
When you order cards, you also must order an 8 x 8” portrait for me to work with. See pricing at the top of this page.
I design the cards using hand lettering, tiny text banners and little flowers of your choice. Nothing will be drawn or glued directly to the portrait itself. Text and extras are simply laid down on top of the paper creating a slightly 3-D collaged look. I take a high resolution photo which I use to create a printable PDF.
If you’d like to print your cards at home or send to them a printer of your choice, I can provide you with a digital, printable PDF of the final card design.
4.5 x 6.25" card design and PDF are $70. (Best for save the date and thank you’s.)
5 x 7” card design and PDF are $100 (best for full wedding invitations.)
If you'd like me to print the cards, I can print them postcard style or as traditional folded cards and provide matching envelopes. Let me know how many cards you need and I will get a quote from my printer and create an add-on listing for you in Etsy.
And of course I will mail you the hand-drawn portrait either way.

Gift certificates
Let me know how many people (and their ages if anyone is under age 5), pets, objects/scenery you'd like the gift certificate to be for and choose the size for the portrait (4 x 4”, 6 x 6” or 8 x 8”.) The recipient will never see the amount paid, only the number of people/pets/objects that you have given them.
I’ll send you a link to purchase in my Etsy shop. I will email you a printable gift certificate within 24 hours of purchase.
Print the certificate on standard 8 1/2 x 11" paper at home or email it directly to the recipient!
Directions to redeem the gift certificate are printed on the certificate.
This gift certificate is redeemable within one year from the date of issue.
